The Story

This electrode sheet is a double side-coated γ-MnO2 on titanium foil, which can be mainly used as cathodes in aqueous zinc-ion battery research.
There are 5 sheets in a package bag.

SPECIFICATIONS:

  • Total Area: 241 mm L x 150 mm W x 146 um T
  • Coating Area: 241 mm L x 125 mm W (Left and Right-hand side 12.5 mm without coating)
  • Double side coating
  • Current collector (substrate): Titanium foil, 100 um thickness
  • Coating area density: 10.0 mg/cm2
  • Compaction density: 2.2 g/cm3
  • Coating thickness: ~46 um
  • Active Material Proportion: 80% (PVDF and Super P is 10% and 10%, respectively)
  • Specific Capacity: 150 mAh/g
  • Qty: 5 sheets / bag
  • Warning: Please dry in vacuum oven before using and store it inside glovebox after opening the package
  • Application Note:
    • Please baking at 80-100 °C under a vacuum oven before coating.
