The Story

DZF-6020-HT400-220 is a vacuum oven with 30 segments, a precise temperature controller, up to 400°C. A radiant wall heating system is employed to provide optional temperature uniformity. Its 25-liter vacuumable SS chamber allows adequate space for drying, curing, vacuum embedding, and plating applications. A closeable 4" x 4" quartz window is installed on the front door to allow you to clearly observe samples inside.

  • The chamber is structured by Stainless Steel
  • Inner Chamber size: 300mm (L) x 300mm (W) x 280mm (H); (12 x 12 x 11", 25 Liter)
  • A good vacuum seal is achieved by silicone door gasket and positive latch door
  • 2 stainless steel shelves are included to facilitate processing efficiency.
  • A closeable 4"x4" observation door with a 20mm Dia quartz window is built on the front door that allows observing samples inside clearly, and keeps the chamber temperature more uniform when the cover is closed
  • Door flange with water cooling jacket to allow silicone sealing O-ring using for a long time
  • One Digital Temperature Controlled Recirculating Water Chiller is included for water cooling

  • Must < 5 °C ( Never rapid cooling )

  • Suggest using anti-corrosion coolant (available for auto-part store) to achieve the best water cooling.
  • Suggest cooling temperature set at room temperature or between 15~20°C for avoiding the condensed water or freezing inside the tube and that cause the water flow rate drop.
Certification CE Certified.
NRTL or CSA certification is available upon request at the extra cost
Attention
  • Please note that it's normal the SS chamber wall is slightly deformed and loses its shine at high temperatures. However, this won't affect the use of the oven 
  • Please slowly cool down the oven (<5C/min) to avoid thermal shock in the transparent window.
