Vacuum Flange With Two Feedthoughs for 76mm Tube - FL76FT2

Vacuum Flange FL76FT2 is a smart vacuum sealing assembly with 2 feedthroughs for one end of 76 mm O.D processing tube. These feedthroughs can be used for 1/4" O.D thermal couple or 1/4" O.D inlet steel pipe.

SPECIFICATIONS

Package included	One flange with one steel sealing ring, two high-temperature silicone O-rings (300oC Max.), three screws and two feedthrough
Feature	Made of 304 Stainless Steel with double high-temperature silicone O-ring. Two feedthroughs and one valve are installed on the flange. The feedthrough is fit to 1/4" O.D thermal couple or 1/4" O.D inlet steel pipe. 1/4" hose Nipple is connected to the valve. Or install the optional 1/4 tube fitting to make an additional gas inlet or outlet.  Excellent for any type of tubing: ceramic, glass, quartz, and steel pipe. The assembly kit will seal 76 mm diameter alumina and quartz tube.
Warning	Refractory tube block must be placed in front of the flange (see picture below) to avoid heat radiation melting the silicone O-ring. Customers may order a ceramic block from related products below. Please do not over tighten the three hex screws on the flanges to avoid overpressure incidents. The recommended torque is 35~40 inch-lbs. For liability considerations, MTI does not recommend or endorse the use of any toxic, flammable or corrosive gases with our flange assemblies.
