The Story

GDE-CO2RR-TS is a gas-diffusion-type flow cell electrolyzer for total solution of CO2 reduction reaction, which includes gas and liquid feeding unit,  gas/liquid separation, and core electrolysis cell.

SPECIFICATIONS:

Structural Features
  • The whole electrochemical cell was made by PEEK material. Cell body with other materials are also available.
  • Double O-rings were presented to provide high sealing quality. 
  • PTFE gaskets with high electrochemical corrosion property
  • Gas flow channels with serpentine shape for increasing reaction retention time. Flow channels with other shapes are also available upon request.
Cell Features 2 cm  2 cm (other area, such as 1 cm*1 cm, 3 cm*3 cm, and 5 cm* 5cm can be customized upon request )
Valves & Fittings 3 mm PTFE Tubing for liquid/gas flow
Application Options

(1) The gas-diffusion-type electrolyzer with observation window is available upon request:

       

         The distance between anode and cathode is around 1.2 mm

(2) Beside the PEEK material option, the cell body with PTFE and PMMA materials also available:

 

The distance between anode and cathode is around 21 mm
Warranty One -Year limited manufacture warranty with lifetime support
