The Story

GSL-MW-25 is a microwave tube furnace with a working temperature up to 1100°C and an optional tube size of 1", 1.57", and 2" diameter. The microwave tube furnace is equipped with a precision SCR controller with 30 segments programmable and 1ºC accuracy.

  • Rapid heating up to 20 ºC/minute speed
  • SiC fibrous heating elements 
  • Precision temperature control with 30-segment programmability within +/- 1ºC
  • Vacuum casting thermal insulation material for max. energy saving.

  • A fibrous alumina casing is the thermal insulation layer.

  • The standard quartz tube is 25 mm OD x 21 mm ID x 500 mm L
  • Vacuum-sealed flange with valve, gauge, and TC feedthrough is included.
  • Vacuum level: up to 10-5 torr by turbopump
  • 25mm, 40 mm OD or 50 mm OD quartz tube is available for a max working temperature ≤ 1200 °C
       

 Temperature Controller
  • Advanced SCR temperature controller
  • 30 segments programmable for heating, dwelling, and cooling. 
  • Autotune function; Over-temperature and thermocouple broken protection
  • Control accuracy ±1.0 ºC
