The Story

1500°C SiC Electric Heating Elements are used in applications ranging in temperature from below 600oC up to 1500°C in both air and controlled atmospheres, although the type of atmosphere used will determine the maximum recommended element temperatur

Specifications:

  • Working temperature: max. 1500 oC
  • Continuous working temperature 1500oC
  • Replace heating elements for MTI OTF-1700X-12Z tube furnace only ( each furnace has 4 heating elements rods)
  • Dimension:
    0.55"(14mm) Dia.
    6" (152mm) heating zone
    14½” (368mm) overall length
  • Installation of the SiC rods
  • Notice: For SIC heating element, it is a consumable part, and usually the high performance service life is one year.
