The Story

JVC-15 originally is designed for coating battery anode powder by fusion asphalt mixing at high temperature to form a core-shell structure of carbon, Si or SiOx. Such artificial graphite anode material may improve Li-ion battery cycle life significantly.

  • AC 208V-240V, 50/60Hz, three Phases
  • Total < 10 KW
  • 70 An air beaker required
Heatable Mixing Container
  • Bottom Container:
    • Conical mixing drum made of 310S alloy
    • Nominal Capacity: 15 Liters
    • Effective Capacity: 6-12 liters
    • Output port: DN100 flange with the pneumatic valve for open and close 
  • Container Cover:
    • made of 310S alloy
    • lift and down by the electric motor
    • 3" dia glass window for observation.
  • Heating:
    • Resistance tape on the outside of the container and cover
    • Max. working Temperature: 700ºC
    • PLC for temperature control with +/- 50C accuracy
Mixing Blade
  • Made of 310S alloy
  • Rotation speed: 0- 100 RPM adjustable.
Temperature Monitor

  • Twi digital temperature monitor built in to monitor both the temperature of inside vessel and outside
Compliance
  • NRTL  certification is available upon request at extra cost
