The Story

This electrode sheet is based on Aluminum foil coated by Lithium Nickel Manganese Cobalt Oxide (NCM811) on double sides and can be used as the cathode of Li-Ion battery -- 5 sheets /bag

SPECIFICATIONS

  • Material:  LiNiCoMnO2  8:1:1)
  • Current collector (substrate): Aluminum foil (16 microns, area desnityof 4.22mg/cm2)
  • Coated Area: 241mm L x 175mm W. The edge width of blank area is 12.5 mm for each side.  
  • Double sides area density: 21 ± 0.4 mg/cm2
  • Compaction density: 3.3 ± 0.1 g/cm3
  • Coating Thickness: ~64 um
  • Total Thickness: ~80 um
  • Active Material Weight: 8.41 g
  • Active Material Proportion in Powder: 95% (PVDF and Super P is 2% and 3%, respectively) 
  • Specific Capacity: 190 mAh/g
  • Note:  The electrode sheet shall be stored in a vacuum box, a vacuum oven or a glove box to avoid degradation.
