This electrode sheet is based on Aluminum foil coated by LiMn0.6Fe0.4PO4 (LMFP) on double sides and mainly used as the cathode of Li-Ion battery - 5 sheets /bag

SPECIFICATIONS

  • Current collector (substrate): Aluminum foil (16 microns)
  • Cathode material: LiMn0.6Fe0.4PO4 (LMFP) 
  • Electrode Dimension: 241mm x 180mm L
  • Coated Area: 241mm x 150mm W ( The edge width of blank area is 15 mm for each side)
  • Double Side Coating Area Density: 28.0 ± 0.4 mg/cm2
  • Compaction Density of Coating: 2.3 ± 0.1 g/cm3
  • Coating thickness: ~68 um
  • Total Thickness: ~151 um (after hot calendaring)
  • Active Material Ratio in powder: 94.9% (PVDF and Super P is 2% and 2.6%, respectively)
  • Specific Capacity: 140 mAh/g (Area Capacity: 1.932 mAh/cm2); 0.1 C; 2.5-3.7 V;  Electrolyte: 1.0M LiPF6 in EC:DMC:EMC=1:1:1 Vol% with 1.0%VC
