The Story

MSK-PSP-FE200 is a vacuum-flash assisted solution processing (VASP) equipment for perovskite solar cell application. It creates low vacuum to accelerate the evaporation of low-boiling point solvent in perovskite solution and facilitate the formation of perovskite layer with good crystalline quality. 


SPECIFICATIONS

  • Large vacuum pump to ensure the fast vacuum speed
  • Vacuum gauge sensor is installed inside to maintain the vacuum level
  • Programmable pressure and time setting and monitoring. The automatic pressure release is available.
  • Glass view window can be used to observe the film formation process.
