The Story

MSKSFMU is a beach-top liquid phase reactor with dual stirring blades (One anchor type Blade and one high speed dispersing blade 25,000rpm). With the advantage of high-shear mixing, it has the capability to prepare battery slurry and co-precipitating chemical, and corrosive solutions.

Structure & Features	Various mixing containers with different capacities and materials. Choose in the optional bar. Dual stirring blades: one anchor stirring blade with Max speed 200rpm one ultra-high-speed dispersing blade with 5,000 - 25,000rpm Vacuum sealed cover, which can be lifted or lowered by the electric motor One thermal couple insert port for monitoring reacting temperature The liquid input port allows to add additions during mixing Compact footprint (600L x 400W, mm), which can be placed on beach top Slurry viscosity range: 0 - 15000cp
Power Supply	Single-phase, AC 208 - 240V 50/60Hz Total power: 1L Container: 1050W 2L Container: 1050W 5L Container: 1200W 10L Container: 1760W 220V AC Power plug is not included. Please click here to order the plug. If operating at 110V, a 3000W transformer can be used
Container	available mixing containers as the following; all type of containers have the water cooling jackets and the vacuum ports, Please choose from the options bar 1 Liter 316 stainless steel (capacity: 1.2L) 2 Liter 316 stainless steel (capacity: 2.4L) 5 Liter 316 stainless steel (capacity: 6L) 10 Liter 316 stainless steel (capacity: 12L)

Thermal Couple	One K type thermal couple is inserted into the container for monitoring liquid temperature
Optional	One Vacuum pump with KF25 Port is required for vacuuming the reactor container, however, the vacuum pump is NOT included in the standard package. Connecting a water chiller to the reactor container will help cool off the sample, the water chiller is also NOT included in the standard package.
