The Story

Compressive air vortex shaper for Spray nozzles. With a small air or gas injected into the side port of the shaper, the gas will circulate inside and force the droplets to spread outward. Adjusting the gas flow, liquid flow rate, and probe tip amplitude, wide spray patterns can be obtained. This attachment is perfect for coating large areas with a little liquid flow and provides a uniform even coating on substrates.

  • Only suitable for the MTI ultrasonic cylindrical spray nozzle, which is not included in this package.
  • Easy installation.
  • KF-25 quick clamp is included.
  • Build-in 8mm push to connect fitting easily connected to air tube from air compressor. (Compressed air source not included)

Troubleshooting
  • Must keep air compressor on during spray, otherwise, the nozzle may stop spray with Vortex Shaper installed.
  • Nozzle stops to flow and drops with unclean Vortex Shaper, please use compressed air to blow all water from inside of the vortex sharper before the experiment.
