The Story

MSK-USP-5L is a pilot or production spray dryer that generates fine particles by evaporating the atomized liquid spray and that has been collected through the cyclone separating process.
The maiximum Evaporation Capacity is 5 liter per hour.
It is suitable for synthesizing heat-sensitive materials for a broad range of applications such as Pharmaceuticals, Nanotechnology, Catalysts, Fuel cells, and Batteries.

  • Built-in PID temperature controller for accurate Inlet/outlet air temperature control

  • The dual-channel design allows the mixing and spraying of two kinds of solutions at the same time
  • Anti-clogging nozzle, auto anti-clogging interval adjustable
  • Co-current downward spray
  • Atomized particle sizes range from 1 - 120 um
  • Spray Nozzle Size is 0.7mm Dia.
  • Optional: Temperature-controlled nozzle up to 450ºC is available upon request at the extra cost.
