The Story

This Split furnace module is designed for easy replacement of the OTF-1200X-S liner and heating elements (110/ 220 Volts). or can be used as a tube heater for any application up to 1100°C
 
Specifications:
  • Fibrous Al2O3 liner for 2" diameter tube
  • Heating elements are installed inside liner with 1200C Max. working temperature
  • Splittable steel casing with high-temperature plastic painting
  • Two wires from the module:  Power cable to connect  AC output from controller and K type thermal couple to connect the controller
  • Please click the picture below-right to order temperature controller (please choose 110V temperature controller only)
  • Can accept processing tube and flange from 25 mm - 60 mm diameters

Attention: Temperature limit is 900C for the operation without the bottom controller. This is due to the lack of fan cooling towards the upper casing of the heater.
