The Story

EQ-SKCH is a simple, cost-effective, and precision device for measuring the thickness of crystal wafer and any sample during lapping and polishing, also can be used for measuring thermal expansion of the solid-state battery. The fixture consists of a precision granite flat plate and precision dial or digital micrometer with a resolution of 0.001 mm.

Base Plate
  • Polished granite flat plate: 155 mm W x 210 mm L
Micrometer Head
  • Please select the micrometer in the optional bar: Mechanical dial or Mitutoyo Digital micrometer.
  • Mechanical dial micrometer: 1-micron resolution (0.001 mm). (Pic.1)
  • Digital micrometer: 0.5 micron resolution (0.0005 mm); Range: 1.2"(30.5 mm); Accuracy: 0.0015 mm. (Pic.2)
  • Operating temperature: 0 - 40 °C
