Unipol-1500-S is a 15" automatic pressure-controlled lapping and polishing machine with two sample holders which can polish 16 samples (1" diameter Max.) at one batch. It is an excellent tool for the high-throughput research of alloy metallography. It can be used for lapping or polishing various material samples, such as metal, crystal, glass, ceramic, refractory, rocks, and polymers. The user can adjust the pressing force between the top-loading plate and the bottom mater lapping plate and set the polishing timer to achieve automatic alloy polishing.
