The Story

OTF-1500X-II-DVD-GB is a two-zone tube furnace with a cooling zone, which is connected to the glovebox, allowing the processing of air-sensitive materials with a fast cooling zone and in an oxygen and humidity environment of less than 1 ppm.

SPECIFICATIONS


Glovebox with Purification
  • Chamber dimensions: 1200 mm L x 740 mm W x 900 mm H, made of stainless steel.
  • Hinged-type front door for loading devices and samples easily
  • A high-quality purification system ensures O2 and H2O below 1 PPM
  • One 100mm Dia. An air-tight flange is installed on the left side of the glovebox to connect with the tube furnace.

1500 °C Max Three-Zone Tube Furnace
  • Two heating zones, tube furnace with independent temperature control
  • Heating zone length : ( 200 +200 mm ) with Max. working temperature of 1500ºC
  • Three Eurotherm Temp. controllers with +/- 0.1ºC accuracy.
  • Alumina tube with the dimensions of 100OD x 96ID x 1200L mm is available upon request )
  • The air-tight flanges with the valve and vacuum gauge are included
  • One gate valve connected the processing tube to the glovebox
