The Story

GSL-1700X-xx-III series is a three zone tube furnace designed for heat treatment under controlled gas atmosphere.

  • Heating Length 610 mm (195 + 220 + 195 mm)
  • Uniform Length 300 mm @1600°C
  • Choice of Alumina Tube: Ø 50, 60, or 80 mm
  • Thermocouple Type B (Pt-Rh)

  • 60 mm stainless steel water cooling vacuum sealing flange with valve and meter is included

    • Three programmable PID temperature controllers 
    • 30 programmable segments for heating, dwelling, or cooling. 
    • Overheating & broken thermocouple protection
    • Interlocks for over-temperature protection and thermocouple failure. 
    • +/- 1 ºC control accuracy    
    Eurotherm Temperature Controller (Optional)
    • Eurotherm 3000 series temperature controller
    • 28 temperature segements
    • Temperature control accuracy: ± 0.1ºC
