The Story

The KSL-1200X-M-AD is an automated box furnace with a maximum temperature of 1200, The furnace is operated by a PC and enables one-key automated execution of sintering processes via computer control, including closing the door, raising the temperature, dwelling, and cooling, and opening the door. It can be integrated with a robotic system to facilitate automatic sample loading, unloading, and retrieval. A single PC can control multiple units at the same time.

  • RJ45 communication interface on the side panel, providing MODBUS RTU communication protocol for instrument control and door switch
  • One computer can control multiple furnaces simultaneously up to 8 units
  • Equipped with φ6.35mm gas inlet (rear) and φ30mm outlet(top) ports which allow the introduction of inert gas into the chamber
Automation Collaborative Robot for sample loading
(optional)
  • Full automation with sample loading is optional via the integration with a robot arm.
