Multi-Blade Low Speed Saw with 6" Cutting Blade for Dicing 4" Wafer - SYJ190

SYJ190 is a multi-blade diamond low-speed precision saw designed for dicing up to 4’ wafer samples. The equipment supports the installation of multiple cutting blades, enabling a wide range of sample materials. 

The machine is equipped with a 2D tiltable and adjustable positioning stage and a digital micrometer for accurate sample alignment and positioning. During the operation, a cooling fluid system is applied to dissipate heat generated during the cutting process to minimize thermal damage of the sample.

Blades	6" O.D x 0.47" I.D. x 0.6mm Arbor Impregnated Diamond Cutting Blade (2pcs) is included in the standard package. 6" O.D x 0.47" I.D. x 0.6mm Arbor Edge-Sintered Diamond Blade (1 pc) is included in the standard package. Full sintered diamond blade, SiC Arbor, Al2O3 blade are available upon request at an extra cost. Please contact MTI before making the purchase.
Accessories	An angle adjustable sample holder is included, ±10 ° tilt angle, 360 ° horizontal rotation. One mini-vise is included, which can be easily mounted onto the sample holder to clamp specimens with diameter up to 4" Max.
Certification	CE certified NRTL or CSA certification is available upon request at an extra cost.
Application Note	Must apply anti-corrosion coolant during cutting to avoid rusting the screws. Please never use water as the coolant during cutting. You may select our LubeCool-150 lubricant as a coolant which will make the diamond blade cut more efficiently and prevent corrosion. Also, you can choose W10-30 motor oil as a coolant, which is available at auto store. Please clean the equipment after each use by using WD-40 lubricant. Ensure the X,Y, and Z axes move freely without blocking and rusting.
Warning	Proper cutting fluid must be used during operation to prevent corrosion of machine components. The use of an oil-based coolant or Lube-Cool lubricant mixed with water is strongly recommended. Never use tap water directly as the cutting fluid.
