MSK-BS-LD is a high throughput automatic Battery Sorter/Selector for sorting cylindrical 18650, 26650 and 21700 battery cells by voltage and impedance up to 5 groups.

  • 5 Channel automatic cell sorter is designed to sort cylindrical 18650, 26650 and 21700 cells
  • Sort by cell's voltage and impedance up to 5 groups
  • Voltage measurement range: 0 ~ 10V ± 0.01% rdg (0.1 mV/scale)
  • Impedance measurement range: 0 ~ 60mΩ ± 0.5 rdg (0.1mΩ/scale) via ACIR 1khz tester
  • Automatic sorting control
  • Fast sorting speed (3000 batteries/hr)
  • Easy to refill cells during the process
  • Long post-test cell trail
  • 4 wheels design, easy to move the machine to any operating place.

  • Always check the quantity of the batteries before and after the test in order to prevent blocking the conveyor inside the machine.
