The Story

MSK-131-HS64 is a compact 64-channel hot press machine with precise and constant pressure delivery from 200 to 2000kg. It is designed to provide an even pressure load and temperature environment for the tested pouch battery. An ideal tool to achieve more efficient and high-quality pouch cell lithium-ion battery formation.

  • Compact size for space-saving and easy to use
  • PLC control system simplifies HMI with a touchscreen panel 
  • Pressure plate adopts special treatment with high accuracy and small thermal deformation
  • 32 layers of pressure plate, each layer can be used for 2 batteries, a total of 64 channels

  • AC220V ±10%, 50Hz/60Hz, single phase
  • 3500W (the power for battery analyzer is not included)
Working Pressure
  • Pressure Delivery: 200~2000kg,
  • Accuracy: ±20kg (in ≤1000kg), ±20kg (in > 1000 kg)
Heating Temperature
  • 10°C to 90°C, ±3℃
Heating speed
  • RT to 80°C in 30 mins
Air pressure
  • 0.25-0.8 MPa
Battery Size
  • L: 40-120mm, W: 40-80mm (Tabs at the same side)

Battery Analyzer (Optional)
  • A battery analyzer is optional, which can be installed at the bottom of the formation machine. 
Driven Gas
  • Driven by any standard air compressor, which is not included. Please click the picture on the left to order.
  • 0.4-0.6 MPa
  • Attention: If a gas cylinder is used instead of an air compressor(pic2), a two-stage pressure regulator(pic1) must be installed on the gas cylinder to limit the pressure within the required working range for safe operation. Click here to learn the installation of a gas regulator.

MSK-131-HS64 is a compact 64-channel hot press machine with precise and constant pressure delivery from 200 to 2000kg.
