The Story

MSK-131-HS8 is a compact 8-channel hot press system designed to deliver precise and constant pressure ranging from 200 to 1000 kg. The system provides a uniform pressure load and controlled thermal environment for pouch cell testing. An integrated battery analyzer continuously monitors the voltage of each tested pouch cell, while programmable battery testing functions enable low-current charging to accelerate SEI formation of the pouch cells. 

MSK-131-HS8 is an ideal solution for achieving efficient, consistent, and high-quality lithium-ion pouch cell formation.

  • A laptop with pre-installed software is included. 
Driven Gas
  • Driven by any standard air compressor, which is not included. Please click the picture on the left to order.
  • 0.4-0.6 MPa
  • Attention: If a gas cylinder is used instead of an air compressor(pic2), a two-stage pressure regulator(pic1) must be installed on the gas cylinder to limit the pressure within the required working range for safe operation. Click here to learn the installation of a gas regulator.
