The Story

MSK-111A-SSB is an automatic stacking machine for forming solid-state pouch cells. Three precision containers are built in to accept pre-cut electrode sheets of the cathode, anode, and solid electrolyte separately with the dimension of L 40 ~ 100 mm and W 30-90 mm. The vacuum manipulator will pick up the electrode sheet and laminate the electrodes into a precision die to form a pouch cell core automatically
Advanced Features:

    • PLC Touch Screen Control allows easy control
    • Auto electrode pick-up with shaking function to avoid thin electrode sheets sticking together
    • Adjustable mechanical electrode fixture for accurate electrode positioning 
    • One set of 58x45 mm stocking dies fixtures is included for immediate use.
    • The device can be placed into a standard glovebox and is compatible with Ar gas.

Operation in Glove Box
  • The Pouch Cell Stacking Machine can be operated in the glove box in either N2 and Ar gas
Vacuum Pump
  • An Oilless Vacuum pump (28L/min, 140W) is built-in to enable the vacuum suction function of the electrode pick-up/stacking manipulator. 
Suggested Air Pressure
  • 0.5 - 0.8 MPa (Air compressor is not included in the standard package. Please click here to order)
  • Attention: If a gas cylinder is used instead of an air compressor(pic2), a two-stage pressure regulator(pic1) must be installed on the gas cylinder to limit the pressure within the required working range for safe operation. Click here to learn the installation of a gas regulator.
