The Story

MSK-156-E is an automatic slurry feeder with a peristalic pump and stainless steel reservoir. It is designed for use with MTI Roll-to-Roll web coating system MSK-AFA-DS300, MSK-AFA-200 or MSK-AFA-MC200-LD for the Li-ion battery electrode coating process.

Features
  • Peristalic pump for various low-to-high viscosity slurry feeding.
  • Pneumatic airtight slurry reservoir.
  • Corrosion-resistant pipeline compatible with mild acidic and alkaline slurries

Power Requirement
  • AC 220V +/- 10% Single phase
  • 500W Max.

Compressed Gas Requirement
  • 0.5~0.8MPa compress gas is required.

Feeding rate
  • 0.001 to 720 mL/min, adjustable
  • Feeding Rotation Speed: 0.1-150 r/min

Slurry Reservoir 
  • 5L effective volume, 304 stainless steel

NMP Compatible
  • It is compatible with NMP

Warranty
  • One-Year limited warranty with lifetime support
  • Rusting and damage due to improper storage condition or maintenance are not covered by warranty

Application Note

 This slurry feeder is meant to be used with roll-to-roll web coaters MSK-AFA-DS300, MSK-AFA-200 or MSK-AFA-MC200-LD.
