Hybrid Precision Film Coater with Both Slot Die & Doctor Blade for 300mm W x 1100 mm L Coating - MSK-AFA-L1000-HDS

MSK-AFA-L1000-HDS is an economic, but precision film coating machine which can coat film with 5 microns thickness up to 1100 mm Length. One special hybrid film applicator is included which can do both slots die coating for thin film (< 10 microns) and tape casting for thick film coating (> 10 microns). It is an excellent tool to research film coating for perovskite solar cells, fuel cell proton exchange membrane, and the battery electrodes.

Hybrid Coating Head	The film coating head consists of one fixed 300 mm width doctor blade and one 200 mm width removable slot die head ( click picture1 below to see detail). The gap between the coating blade and the substrate plate is adjustable with +/- 1-micron accuracy via dual digital micrometers.
