MSK-SFM-21 is a high-speed slurry dispenser, which is designed for further homogenizing and dispersing of the mixed slurry for high-quality R2R coating, especially for coating nanoscale material by slot die method or larger Roll to Roll web coater. . It can be widely used to prepare Li-ion battery electrode or many ceramic coating

  • Can dispense the slurry continuously or recirculating. 
Working Voltage 380V AC, 50 Hz, three phase.
208VC three phase is available upon request

Feeding Speed 0 - 10 Liter/h adjustable
Dispersing Speed 0 - 50 m/s. adjustable
Feed In/Out Temperature  <40 °C.

Slurry Feeder
  • 4 L Capacity
  • Pneumatic airtight slurry reservoir.
  • 5.2 to 3699 mL/min, adjustable
  • Stirring Speed: 27RPM Max
  • 0.5~0.8MPa compress gas is required , but included
Dispensing Chamber
  • Capacity: 80 mL (other sizes of chambers are also available).
  • Chamber material: SUS316,PTFE,EPDM.
Material Requirement 0 ~ 50000 mpa.s (or lower the mixing speed for more viscous slurry).
Optional The water chiller (> 200L/minute ) is required at extra cost. You may order two water chiller by click picture below
Working Environment
Stationed on a hard and leveled surface, no electromagnetic interference.
