MSK-510L is one set (2 units) of hydraulic crimpers for sealing a large diameter of the cylindrical cell, such as 4680, 4695, 46100, 46120, and 50100. Two sealing machines are included for three times sealing.

The first crimping machine is used for the cap crimping and smooth edges
The second crimping machine is used for height and edge adjustment, which will make perfect sealing for cylindrical cells.
The compact design allows it to be easily placed inside a glove box and thus preventing contamination of the electrolyte materials during cell assembly.
Simple operation with a safety protection feature allows customers to master the sealing procedure within 5 minutes.

Application Notes	It is necessary to groove the opening end of the cylindrical case by using the MSK-500L grooving machine before sealing the cap Each type of cylinder cell can only be sealed specifically by a certain model of this equipment. Please select the type of cylinder cell in the Product Options drop box to check the model number and price for the corresponding crimping die of each cylinder cell type.
