MSK-120-SV is a gas-driven and electrical Aluminum Laminated Films pouch case-forming machine with Automatic Depth Adjustment.

Standard Die Size
  • Standard die size: 61mm (L) x 47mm (W) which perfectly fits the electrodes cut by MSK-180
  • Recommended pouch cell case size: 182 mm (L) at least x 137 mm (W), one aluminum laminated case after forming could be folded
Customized Die Size
  • One aluminum laminated case after forming could be folded, the maximum dimension: 70 mm (L) x 110 mm (W) with an airbag
  • One formed aluminum laminated case + one flat aluminum laminated case
    • With the airbag, the maximum dimension: is 120 mm (L) x 110 mm (W)
    • Without the airbag, the maximum dimension: is 120 mm (L) x 140 mm (W)
Air Pressure Requirement
  • 0.5 - 0.8 MPa Air or inert gas
  • Air Compressor is not included. Please click here to order.
  • Attention: If a gas cylinder is used instead of an air compressor(pic2), a two-stage pressure regulator(pic1) must be installed on the gas cylinder to limit the pressure within the required working range for safe operation. Click here to learn the installation of a gas regulator.
